Eligibility & timeframes
For all Apollo Group TV subscriptions (1, 3, 6, and 12 months):
- Setup support window: Within 7 days of purchase, our team will help you activate and configure supported devices (Fire TV/Stick, Android/Google TV, iOS/iPadOS via compatible players, LG/Samsung via compatible players, and Web Player).
- If access still doesn’t work on supported devices after troubleshooting within the setup window, you may request a refund.
- No refunds are issued for issues caused by unsupported devices, expired/incorrect credentials, ISP blocks without a VPN, or situations outside our control (e.g., home network restrictions).
