Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. If we cannot provide working access on supported devices after assisting you during the setup period, we’ll review a refund according to the policy below.

Eligibility & timeframes

For all Apollo Group TV subscriptions (1, 3, 6, and 12 months):

  • Setup support window: Within 7 days of purchase, our team will help you activate and configure supported devices (Fire TV/Stick, Android/Google TV, iOS/iPadOS via compatible players, LG/Samsung via compatible players, and Web Player).
  • If access still doesn’t work on supported devices after troubleshooting within the setup window, you may request a refund.
  • No refunds are issued for issues caused by unsupported devices, expired/incorrect credentials, ISP blocks without a VPN, or situations outside our control (e.g., home network restrictions).

Tip: For live events, use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet for best stability.

Additional notes

  • One connection per plan. Adding connections is charged separately.
  • Billing cycles are pre-paid (1/3/6/12 months). We do not pro-rate partial periods.
  • Account security: Sharing credentials may result in automatic blocks for your protection.
  • Abuse/fraud: We reserve the right to decline refunds if misuse or policy violations are detected.

Refund FAQ

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, we submit the refund immediately. Banks and payment providers usually take 3–10 business days.
Do you offer trials?
We run promotions periodically. If you’re unsure, start with the monthly plan and upgrade later.
What if my ISP blocks streaming?
Some ISPs block traffic. A reputable VPN is often required in those cases. If access isn’t possible even with supported steps in the 7-day window, contact us.
